The village of Ghangaria, also spelled Ghanghariya or Govind Dham, is a popular base camp for treks to the Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib in the state of Uttarakhand, India. The ethnic group of people in Ghangaria is primarily the Bhotiya community.

The Bhotiyas are an indigenous ethnic group living in various parts of the Indian Himalayas, including Uttarakhand.
